When I started this business, I wanted to not only provide the best quality customer service experience in Dubai but also make everything transparent for the customer with no hidden extras. I have come across companies that surprised me with additional charges at the end of the job. This is NOT what we stand for as an honest company. We will always have transparent pricing and always have your full agreement in advance. This is our promise to you and why we are one of the only companies putting our prices online.

FREE Inspection

We offer a FREE inspection at your convenience prior to every job. This includes a site visit to determine the exact requirements to tailor your quote and ensure the most efficient approach on the day. This is also serves our commitment to no hidden extras as we can discuss this with you in person beforehand.

Comprehensive

Price per unit (starting at): AED 550 + VAT

Included:

 

  • FREE Inspection prior to booking. No hidden extras
  • Plastic covering of surrounding work area and furniture
  • Cleaning and sanitization of:
  • Supply and return grills
  • Filters
  • Air ducts
  • Main cooling unit including:
  • Coils
  • Blower fan
  • Drain tray and pipe
  • Cavity area around the unit (reachable areas)
  • Findings & pre/post service pictures report
  • Proper collection and disposal of waste products
  • Clean up work area

Excluded:

 

Exclusions:

 

  • Repairs or replacements of damaged parts not related to cleaning

​Note:

  • Some components may need to be removed for cleaning and will be reinstalled
  • If access panels are needed, an additional cost of 250 AED per panel + VAT 
  • Access panels involve cutting into the ceiling to reach unreachable areas
  • Paint around grills and access panels will be provided in a Pure White color. Additional cost applies for other colours
  • Recommended frequency every twelve months

Premium Clean

Price per unit (starting at): AED 450 + VAT

Included:

 

  • FREE Inspection prior to booking
  • Plastic covering of surrounding work area and furniture
  • Cleaning and sanitization of:
  • Supply and return grills
  • Filters
  • Air ducts (reachable areas)
  • Findings & pre/post service pictures report
  • Proper collection and disposal of waste products
  • Clean up work area

Excluded:

Main Cooling Unit including:

  • Coils
  • Blower Fan
  • Drain tray and pipe
  • Cavity area around the unit
